Our Process
Setup for Success
Every bar for every host starts with the same fundamentals. This ensures a successful event and opens the door for you to personalize the rest!
The Base:
One (1) licensed, insured, and experienced bartender for up to 5 hours
Two custom signature cocktails with accompanying menu signage for guests
A detailed alcohol & mixer shopping list
Cups, napkins, straws, ice, coolers, basic garnishes, basic mixers, basic bar setup with décor
Full setup and teardown
All About You
We look to you as the expert on your event to learn about the space, theme, guests, and see how we can put a bar experience together that fits your event perfectly!
Includes:
Bar themes start coming to life (colors, bartender outfits, signage, add-ons, etc.)
Curated signature drinks dedicated to your favorite tastes
Custom bar-top signage
Complete alcohol-based shopping list calculated to ensure your bar stays stocked the whole time

If it hasn’t been made clear yet, we really care about you and your event. Our mission is to impress your guests and create the space for you to actually enjoy your own event!

We show up 2 hours early to ensure we are ready for guests the second they arrive
Coordinate with vendors so your guests have a seamless, positive experience
When we plan, we consider your entire event, not just the bar to avoid any day-off emergencies or changes
At the end of the day, we feel honored to be part of your event and we treat it as though it’s our own!
